Dear New Stevens Graduate Student,
Congratulations on your acceptance to Stevens! On behalf of the students, administrators, faculty and staff, I welcome you to this next phase of your academic career. We are thrilled that you decided to pursue a graduate degree at Stevens and will do our part to ensure that your time here is fulfilling.
It is my goal for the Office of Graduate Student Affairs to create a supportive, engaging environment that enables students to pursue their academic goals. From orientation to commencement, we work with students, faculty and staff to promote our students’ professional and personal development through a wide variety of programs and services.
Graduate and Doctoral students have the ability to positively impact the Stevens community by getting to know their faculty & colleagues, joining professional societies and clubs, and exploring opportunities for collaboration. Our office offers a variety of academic, enrichment and co-curricular experiences to assist you. Please refer to our weekly Newsletters, as well as the OGSA Facebook page for the most up-to-date information about what’s going on in the world of Graduate Student Affairs at Stevens.
Please stop by my office on the 10th floor of the Howe Center to share your suggestions and concerns, or just to say “Hi”. You can also reach me via e-mail at email@example.com.
I look forward to meeting you soon,
Nathalie Waite Brown
Director of Graduate Student Affairs
